Ingredients

    10 Tbsp. Canola/Olive Oil Blend
    30 Pork Chops
    15 cups frozen apple slices
    1 1/4 cup brown Sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Tips

Temperature should be above 145*F.


Directions

Pull 15 cups frozen apples from freezer; day before.
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Brown Pork Chops on grill in 10 tbsp. canola/olive oil.
Grease a large steam table pan 2" deep.
Place the apples in the bottom of the dish.
Mix Brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples.
Place the pork chops on top of the apples.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
