Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. fresh salmon
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 T. lite soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix syrup, soy sauce, garlic & pepper, pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree oven for 20 mins or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Awesome recipe!! Also added some mustard powder (since I didn't have dijon mustard as suggested in the Spark People Recipe book.) Both my husband and I really liked this. In fact, my husband told me he was going to go pick up some more salmon tomorrow. Very easy to do!! - 9/3/12

    My husband & I love this recipe. I also cut down the cooking time. I base it on how thick the salmon filets are that I have. I bake it for 10 minutes per inch. - 4/23/10
