Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. fresh salmon
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 T. lite soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix syrup, soy sauce, garlic & pepper, pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree oven for 20 mins or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  • Awesome recipe!! Also added some mustard powder (since I didn't have dijon mustard as suggested in the Spark People Recipe book.) Both my husband and I really liked this. In fact, my husband told me he was going to go pick up some more salmon tomorrow. Very easy to do!! - 9/3/12

  • My husband & I love this recipe. I also cut down the cooking time. I base it on how thick the salmon filets are that I have. I bake it for 10 minutes per inch. - 4/23/10
