Introduction

This is a quick and easy throw-together-and-bake meal that's good for an evening when you've things to do around the house. This is a quick and easy throw-together-and-bake meal that's good for an evening when you've things to do around the house.

Ingredients

    Walmart Frozen Okra, 16 oz (half a bag)
    Food Lion Frozen Brussel Sprouts, 30 serving (whole 1# bag)
    Sea Queen Whiting Fillets, 16 oz (4 fillets)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
    Old Bay (to taste)

Directions

Spray cooking dish (9x13), rinse brussels & okra and place on the bottom. Put fish on top, layed out, sprinkle Old Bay (or whatever seasoning you want) on top, sprinkle parmesean cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes @ 350 degrees F.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Fillets plus vegetable sides.
