Ingredients

    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    2 Med. Carrots sliced
    2 Med. Celery sliced
    1 Med. Yellow Onion diced
    1 Small Zucchini sliced
    4 Cups 99% fate-free Chicken Broth
    1 15 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
    1/2 15 oz Can of Tomatoe Sauce
    1 15oz Can Red Kidney Beans rinsed and drained
    Additional Water for desired consistency
    Italian Seasonings (1-2 tsps)
    1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes

Directions

Saute vegetables in olive oil over medium heat. Add spices. Add broth, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and beans. Let simmer until vegetables are tender. Add water if neccessary.
