Ingredients

    Carrots 300g sliced
    Celery 1 cup sliced
    Onion 1 cup sliced
    Tomatos 400g (tinned chopped)
    Kale 3 oz
    4 vegetable stock cubes (100g)
    1 tsp red pepper/cayenne

Tips

Food processor slicer attachment helps tremendously!


Directions

Boil thinly sliced veggies and kale till tender. Add tomatos, veg cubes and red pepper.Simmer for 5 more minutes, allow to rest off the heat. Enjoy on a cold winter day to warm right up and be filled with joy!!!!!
