Ingredients

    3 lbs. pork tenderloin, trimmed
    1 cup ketchup
    4 tbsp light brown sugar
    2 tbsp honey
    4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar (white or cider)
    1 tbsp yellow mustard
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ancho chile powder
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Tips

If you prefer a little more heat in your BBQ sauce, add a dash of hot sauce, some ground cayenne and white pepper. You'll get good heat that won't over-power the taste of the pork!

Directions

Trim pork tenderloin(s) of all visible fat; place in slow cooker. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients until well incorporated; adjust flavors to your preference. Cook in slow cooker on low heat for 8 hours. Before eating, turn off slow cooker and shred pork. Serve over buns if desired (buns not included in nutritional information).
