Just a method I use to jazz up a bottled Alfredo sauce. Just a method I use to jazz up a bottled Alfredo sauce.
Number of Servings: 7

10 oz. cooked shrimp (any size will work, pull skins/tails)
1 jar light Alfredo sauce. (I used Bertolli light garlic Alfredo)
    1 med. bell pepper, chopped
    1 med. onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    cooking spray
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt

You can serve this over rice, whole grain noodles, quinoa, baked potatoes, or spaghetti squash. I have not included any of the above mentioned items in the nutritional content because I tend to vary the foods I choose to eat with this recipe.

Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Cook over med. heat until soft. Add Garlic and shrimp. Cook for about 10 minutes longer, or until shrimp is heated through.
Add Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper to pan and let simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serving Size: Makes seven 2/3 cup servings.

Number of Servings: 7
