Ingredients

    1 Potato - cut into thick slices and quartered.
    1 Onion - sliced
    3 Cloves of Garlic
    2 tsp Garam Massala
    1 tsp of Dried Ginger, Dried Corander and Cumin.
    1 tbsp Tomato Puree
    1 cup of milk
    1 vegetable stock cube.
    Top up with water to cover veg.

Directions

Chop ingredients and fry off spices, once spices have fried slightly add the ingredients then top with milk and water and boil. I added some cornflour to thicken at the end.
