Ingredients

    3 - 16 oz cans Swanson Chicken Broth
    1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    15 cups (3 bags) California Blend Vegetables
    8 oz. Velveeta Cheese ( made with 2% milk)
    or more if you prefer a cheesier taste
    1 cup skim milk

Directions

Combine the soup broth and tomatoes in a large soup kettle. Bring these ingredients to a boil. Add the vegetables and boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Cut the cheese into the boiling mixture and add the milk. Let cheese melt and it is ready to serve.
Makes 5 2-cup servings.
