    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup italian style bread crmbs
    1 egg
    6 slices moz. cheese


slice chicken through middle in half
beat egg and milk together
dredge chicken in egg mixture then in bread crumbs
cook in caserole pan at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
for last five minutes add cheese and allow to melt.
