Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C white sugar
    1/2 C margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 C sour milk
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 C flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 bananas - mashed

Tips

A muffin and some cottage cheese is my go-to breakfast during the work week.


Directions

Mix in order given. Divide into paper-lined muffin tins
Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
