Introduction

Chili hides the "deer" flavor, and ground deer is plentiful at our house. Chili hides the "deer" flavor, and ground deer is plentiful at our house.

Ingredients

    1 lb ground venison
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of red kidney beans
    2 cans of tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 T chili seasoning (or a packet)

Tips

It will have more flavor the longer it cooks.


Directions

Brown the venison. Chop the onion. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Time varies. High for 4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours. All ingredients are cooked, so you just want the right temperature to make the chili warm without over cooking it.
