    Chickpeas with tahini balls

Tips

Make a spicy dip. Dip the balls in the spicy sauce and enjoy.


Directions

Cook the chickpeas, and drain them from water.
then add the bulgur and flour and mix well adding ground pepper, cumin and salt.
This is the outside part. You take small parts of the mix made and fill it with the following mix:
- chickpeas that are mashed with tahini , salt and cumin.
Make small balls and fill them with the chickpea/tahini mix.
Then put the Balls in hot water and Let them boil for around 10 minutes.
Take them out , let them cool and enjoy them with a spicy dip.

Serving Size: Makes 40 balls
