Ingredients

    3 Green Bell Peppers.
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1/2 Cup Onions
    2- 8oz Tomato Sauce
    1 C. cooked brown rice
    1/2 pack Taco Seasoning
    1 Med. Tomato
    1 C. Low Fat Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
    Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder to taste.

Tips

You can mix some of the cheese in meat mixture before stuffing peppers. Sprinkle remaining on top.


Directions

Brown Turkey and Onion. Add tomatoes & tomato sauce. Add cooked rice. Slice off top of Green Peppers, clear out seeds pulp in center, par-boil aprox. 5 minutes. Fill Peppers with meat mixture sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 Pepper per serving.
