Introduction

Ingredients

    1c - Sunflower Seeds, raw, hulled
    1c - Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds) Raw and Organic
    1/2c - Almonds
    1/3c - Pecans
    1/3c - Walnuts
    1/4c - Brazil Nuts
    1/3c - Cashews
    1c - Coconut, Shredded
    1/4c - Flax Seed (Ground)
    1/3c - Hazelnuts
    1/3c - Raisins
    1/3c - Dried Cranberries
    2/3c - Honey
    2tbsp - Cinnamon
    3tbsp - Coconut Oil

Directions

Chop nuts, mix ingredients together. Pour onto baking sheet and spread evenly. Heat oven to 325, bake for 12 minutes, remove and stir. Bake for another 12 minutes, remove from oven. Allow to cool slightly, but not completely before removing from baking sheet.

Serving Size: makes about 10 servings (based on a bowl of cereal size)
