Ingredients

    1 14 fl.oz can - Dole Pineapple Crushed in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added

    1 box - No Name Angel Food Cake Mix

Tips

Mix will be very foamy. Do not fill to top.
If you are using one muffin tin, mix mixture before doing second round as the foaminess will decrease a bit. Also remember to re-spray your muffin tin if you are not using liners.


Directions

In big bowl combine cake mix with can of crushed, liquid and all. When mixed it will look foamy.

Either spray a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners. Add heaping tablespoon of mixture to each muffin container, just under filling.

Bake at 325F for about 20-25 minutes. Edges will brown and top will crack (should be slightly brown). Check with toothpick.

Remove from muffin tin to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 48 cupcakes
