Tinkyada Gluten Free Spiral Pasta
1 can Chunk Pineapple, drained
2 cups diced ham
1 can Italian seasoned tomato paste
1 can Italian seasoned tomato sauce
2 cups shredded Mozerrella
1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)
Tips
Gluten free pasta leftovers are slightly dry. Ad 1 tbsp water and cover with plastic wrap to reheat in microwave and re-moisturize.
Directions
Cook pasta according to instructions
In saucepan combine 1 can Italian seasoned tomato paste and 1 can Italian seasoned tomato sauce. Add 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 whole clove garlic and season to taste.
When pasta is al-dente (slightly firm to when biting through pasta) drain water from pasta in colandar and combine cooked pasta, tomato sauce, diced ham, and drained pineapple in 9 x 13 baking pan. top with 2 cups shredded Italian cheese mix.
