    1 medium sized potato (any kind)
    Pam cooking spray
    salt to taste

Tips

We were skeptical about microwaved potato chips but they are delicious!


Directions

Using a mandoline, slice washed and scrubbed potato into even slices. If you do not have a mandoline make pieces as uniformly thin as possible. Spray a microwave dish lightly with Pam. Arrange potato slices on dish. Lightly salt. Microwave for 2.5-3 minutes, flip, microwave an additional 30-60 seconds until golden brown. Let cool; potatoes will crisp more while cooling.
