    1% Lowfat Milk (1.5 cup)
    ON Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Ice Cream (1 scoop)
    Raspberries, Frozen (1 cup)
    Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
    Monin Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup (1 tbsp)
