This salad is phenomenal in so many ways. Eat it as it is, add additional veggies or use it as a base for other meals. Such as over chicken in foil on the grill, cooked for a short period of time and added to tofu noodles. LOVE IT!!!! - 6/27/07

So easy and light and fresh! You can make this is in way under 10 minutes and is a very nice substitution for your typical salad with italian dinner. I made it with edamame beans, too, for the protein - Delicious!!!

-Wow, love Tayton's idea with the grilled chicken. Will definitely try it
