Ingredients

    2 large chicken leg quarters
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 16 oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. accent salt (optional)
    1 tbs. chopped onions (freeze dried)
    4 cups of water
    6-8 frozen biscuits


Tips

Can also use cornbread instead of biscuits. Can also use a biscuit batter and pour over top.


Directions

Boil chicken in 4 cups of water along with bouillon cubs and seasons until chicken is tender. Debone chicken keeping broth add mixed vegetables and additonal seasoning as desired also additonal water if needed. Continue to let simmer for about 2 min. Then pour into a 9x13 glass casarole dish and place frozen biscuits on top. bake fo about 30 min r until biscuits are done. Let cool and enjoy.
