Introduction

Preheat oven to 400 Preheat oven to 400
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 lb-boneless, skinless, chicken, cut into strips
    1 Large Green pepper, cut into strips
    1 med onion, cut
    1 Can Diced tomatoes, drained
    1 can Diced Green Chilies
    2 tsp Cumin
    2 tsp Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
In shallow baking dish add cut veggies, tomatoes & chilies, put chicken on top.
In Small bowl mix seasoning with oil.
Drizzle over top of chicken/veggies mix well together.

Place in oven, uncovered 20 - 25 minutes

Serving Size: Serves 4 - 6
