Ingredients

    2 c canned pumpkin
    2 c skim milk
    12 oz (2 containers) plain Greek yogurt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    .5 tsp nutmeg
    Truvia natural sweetener (to taste)
    4 handfuls ice

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. If you have a small blender, cut the recipe in half.
