    1 Cup steel cut Oats
    3 cups water
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    sweetner to taste (not included in cals)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
