Ingredients

1 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Soft Wrap (made with EVOO)
10-11 Slices of Oscar Meyer Roast Beef (90 grams) cut into strips
2 Slices of Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles
1/4 Cup of Chopped or Short Strips of Onion
1/4 Cup of Chopped or Short Strips of Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Makes 1 Wrap
Cut Onion, Peppers, and Roast Beef into short strips.
Heat saute pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Saute Onion and Green Pepper until onion begins to brown slightly (about 5 - 7 minutes). Add Roast Beef and continue cooking sauteing until slightly browned. Move Onion, Pepper, and Roast Beef into a small pile in the middle of the pan. Lay Cheese slices on top of the pile and allow to start melting. Mix cheese into the Onion, Pepper, and Roast Beef and transfer from pan to the Wrap. Fold and eat.
