Introduction

Ingredients

    3 - 5oz cans of Tuna (in water)
    8 oz Hummus, Classic, Tihini-Free
    5 oz. Sweet Pickle Relish
    Diced onions and celery to taste

Tips

I served this on soft wheat bread. However I'm sure it would be very tasty on toast, pitas, lettuce leaves, tortillas, or crackers.


Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir Hummus and Relish together.
2. Stir in Celery and Onions, if so desired.
3. Stir in Tuna.
4. Chill, if so desired.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 'generous 1/2 cup' servings
