    QUACKER OLD FASHIONED OAT 1/4 CUP DRY, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

put everything in a bawl and mix them with a hand blender.
