Ingredients

2 Cups Bisquick Mix
2/3 Cup Skim Milk
2 Tablespoons + 2 Teaspoons of Splenda for Baking
2 Tablespoons Applesauce
2 Egg Whites
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (thawed and drained)
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper baking cups in each of 12 regular size muffin cups.
Stir all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gentle stir in Blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
