Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 c brown sugar, unpacked
    1 tsp baking powder, aluminum free
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 c peanut butter, Adam's creamy non-stir
    1 c quick oats
    1/4 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c chocolate chips

Tips

Great for the freezer.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Use electric mixer to combine all ingredients. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Measure out cookies by 1 Tablespoon (level), then flatten. Bake 7-8 minutes.
