Introduction

This is a quick and nutrititous and filling snack. I like garlicy hummus but you can use any kind and I like yellow squash but you could substitue many other veggies. Ingredients

    Slice the squash about 1/4" thick slices. This recipe uses about 3/4 c of squash or 98g.

    Measure out 1.5 servings of hummus into a small bowl. Place the bowl in the center of a plate and line the outter edge of the plate with squash around the bowl.

    Your snack is served.
