Ingredients

    1.5 C plant milk (recipe calculated with soy milk)
    1.5 C water
    2 C frozen cranberries
    2 frozen bananas, in chunks
    4 dates
    1 T flax seed
    1 T chia seed
    (stevia, if desired)

Tips

Will thicken on standing due to chia seeds


Directions

Blend all well.
*I use a Vitamix blender.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 1 quart.
