Ingredients


    Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    kroger tomato paste, low salt, 4.5 tbsp (remove)
    nina dei san marzano tomatos with sauce, 12 cup (remove)
    Red Wine, 200 mL (remove)

Directions


Serving Size: 12-1cup servings
Dice carrots, celery, onion and sauteed in a large pot. No need for oil, just let it sweat together and start to come to a brown, but not burnt. Add minced garlic and stir until you smell it.
