great for a quick dinner and for people that like cooking to their taste. great for a quick dinner and for people that like cooking to their taste.

Ingredients

    baked chicken
    brown rice (prepare per instructions)
    butter (real butter/unsalted)
    garlic
    onion
    soy sauce
    walnut oil
    3 eggs

Tips

You can add salt, pepper, and asian grilling seasoning for a little extra taste.


Directions

Saute onion and garlic with walnut oil. Once onion and garlic are soft, crack eggs into saute pan and scramble.
Stir in prepared brown rice, baked chicken, butter and soy sauce.

Serving Size: makes plenty for lunch or dinner for 2
