Heinz Chili Sauce - 1 bottle - 12 oz
Red Current Jelly - 1 jar -
Using Crosse & Blackwell's 12 oz
1 to 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef.
I use 2 pounds.
Tips
Marinate the meatballs in the sauce over night and rewarm when ready to serve.
Directions
Roll the ground beef into one inch balls. Broil for 5 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on flip side. Remove the exterior fat from the meatballs fat using paper towels. Mix the chili sauce and jelly over heat. Add the meatballs to the chili and jelly mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 50 one (1") inch balls.
