Introduction
This is a very tasty, portion controlled filling breakfast. I really enjoyed this and it definitely tasted far more caloric than it was. Ingredients

160 grams extra lean ground beef
1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
.75 Cups diced onions
3 Large egg whites
2 Teaspoons of worcestershire sauce
.5 cups 1% cottage cheese
1 Large plum tomato
1 Whole wheat pita
Black and White pepper
Directions
Preheat the broiler in the oven. You will need to use a pan which you can place in the oven, such as a metal handled skillet. Preheat a large skillet until it is very hot, then turn heat to medium. Add the ground beef to the skillet and lightly salt. Stir constantly so that the meat breaks up. Once the meat is cooked and beginning to brown, add the mushrooms, and onions. Turn heat up to high. Once the mushrooms and onions begin browning, add the worcestershire sauce and white pepper and stir vigorously. Turn heat down to medium and pour in egg whites. Stir just to combine, then spread the cottage cheese over the top evenly so that it completely covers the mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper. Place in the broiler. Slice tomato thinly and arrange on plate with 1/2 pita. Once cottage cheese begins to blacken in spots and top is crispy remove from broiler. Divide between two plates. Put it in your mouf
