Introduction

These are a home made version of the Quaker choc chip bars. These are a home made version of the Quaker choc chip bars.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 c. instant oats
    1 c. rice krispie cereal (Gluten Free)
    3 T coconut oil
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1 t vanilla
    chocolate chips

Directions

Combine oats and cereal in a large bowl. Melt coconut oil, brown sugar, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low for a minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

mix into the bowl with oats and cereal. Let cool for a minute or two, then add the chips and put into greased 9x9" pan.
