    1 thick slice of onion
    1/4 cup of canned mushrooms
    2 cups of egg creations

Directions

saute all veggies .place in casserole dish pour egg creations over the top of veggie. Nuke on high for 2 minutes. Stir mixture and nuke an additional 2 minutes and enjoy
