This is a very easy and versatile marinade. This is a very easy and versatile marinade.

    12 oz. pork tenderloin
    1 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. Ketchup
    1 Tbsp. honey mustard
    1.5 Tsp. curry powder
    1.5 Tsp. coriander
    1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced


-I have used honey in place of maple syrup without much change in taste


1) mix all ingredients, except pork to create marinade.
2) Add the pork to the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours or more (best results refrigerate overnight)
3) Cook port with marinae in a casserole dish, usually 45 minutes at 350 F
