Ingredients

    1 # ground beef
    1/2 c chopped sweet red pepper
    1 can diced tomatoes (low sodium)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c apple sauce
    2/3 c ketchup
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    8 hamburger buns

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain any excess fat. Add all other ingredients and continue to cook until veggies are tender and flavors combined, about 20 minutes. If too much liquid continue to cook to reduce.
