Ingredients

Oil 1/4th cup
Mutton 300 grams
Ginger/ Garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion 1 Large Yello
Tomatoes 2 Big
salt 3/4th tsp
red chili powder 1.5 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder a dash
Fresh Cilantro (optional) 2 tbsp
Directions
Slice the Onions, dice the tomatoes, and the add oil in a pressure cooker or deep pot.
Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste, mutton, the spices and tomatoes. On high heat cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then add 3 cups of water, cover and cook on low to medium heat for 45 minutes.
remove the lid and check if meat is tender and cooked. If its not cooked add more water and cover and cook for 15 more minutes.
If cooked and water a lot of water is still in the pot then on high heat stir with a spoon until all water dries up and you can see the oil appearing on top. Garnish with fresh chopped Cilantro.
