Ingredients

    1 c dry oatmeal, old fashioned rolled oats
    2/3 c. coconut (I used sweetened)
    1/2 c. natural, dry roasted peanut butter
    1/2 c. ground flax seed (you can use wheat germ too)
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
    1/3 c. honey
    1 t. vanilla extract

Tips

You can use wheatgerm instead of flax. You can use butterscotch chips instead of chocolate. Use unsweetened coconut for less sugar.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Chill. Roll into balls using a heaping tablespoon. Keep refrigerated.
