Ingredients

    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)
    *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)

Directions

Blend canned tomatoes in blender until smooth and set aside. In a medium pot, heat the oil. Saute the onion and garlic until the onion begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Add salt substitute. Add 1 cup of chicken to the sauteed onion and garlic mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add tomato, celery and the remaining chicken stock. Heat over medium heat for 10 minutes.
