Ingredients

    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 1/2 C Minute Rice
    1 Box Frozen Chopped Broccoli, thawed
    1/2 Can Water
    1/2 Stick Butter
    8oz 2% Velveeta, cubed

Tips

Carnivores: add some fresh chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces to this recipe for a complete one-dish meal.


Directions

Mix everything together in a 1 quart casserole. Cover; bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
