Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 cup white wine
    1 packet of lipton onion soup mix
    2 in of angel hair pasta, whole wheat

Tips

You can sub in Marsala wine if you like Chicken Marsala, it's an easy substitution.

Directions

brown the breasts lightly in a skillet, add in the mushrooms, white wine and soup mix. Cover, let simmer until breast juice runs clear and sauce thickens.
Meanwhile cook the pasta on the side.
Serve with sauce over the pasta and breast on side.
