Introduction

Add stir-fried zucchini, yellow squash and snow peas for a tasty dish! Add stir-fried zucchini, yellow squash and snow peas for a tasty dish!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz whole wheat thin spaghetti
    2 Tbsp sesame oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 cup frozen peas, cooked and drained
    2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped and steamed
    1/4 cup sesame seeds

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine next 5 ingredients (sesame oil thru ginger). Toss hot noodles with cooked peas, broccoli and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serves 4

Serving suggestion: Great with steamed zucchini, yellow squash and snow peas!!
