Ingredients

    2 Cans water packed white albacore tuna
    1 Can Cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
    2 Cups finely chopped Romaine lettuce - about one inch pieces
    2 Tbsp minced onioin
    One half cup minced celery
    One half cup minced tomatoe
    4 to 5 Tbsp chopped black olives

    Dressing

    Juice of one lemon
    3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Clove garlic - minced or through a press
    Salt & Pepper



Directions

Drain tuna and flake finely in a large mixing bowl. Add drained rinsed beans. Add remaining chopped vegetables and toss until thoroughly combined. In a small bowl or measuring cup whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper (to taste) until opaque. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until dressing is evenly distributed. This makes a healthy stuffing for pitas.
