Ingredients

    *Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 13.9 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 2.5 cup, shredded
    Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp
    *Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup, 10.75 oz
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), .5 serving
    Skim Milk, 1 cup
    *1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp

Tips

This recipe can also be used with an oven, cook on 200 degrees for the same amount of time, and take out to stir occasionally.


Directions

1. Boil the macaroni for 6-8 minutes. Drain.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
3. In crock pot, combine cheese mixture and yogurt, soup, salt, milk, mustard, and pepper. Add drained macaroni and stir.
4. Cook on low for 2-2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
