Ingredients

    3T creamy Peanut Butter
    1 egg + 1 egg white
    3/4C quick oats (dry)
    1/2C chopped dried fruit (prunes, apples, coconut)
    2T ground flax seed
    2t vanilla extract (or other desired flavorings)

Tips

mixture should be wet (more than just moist) and thick, add more dried fruit if mixture is TOO wet


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon

Line a 9x6 with foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray.

Firmly and evenly press mixture into pan and Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min or until brown and tough (or tight when pressed) on top
