Ingredients

    3 cups chopped or shredded cabbage
    3/4 cup rice (dry/uncooked)
    1/2 cup chooped onion
    1 lb ground chuck - cooked
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 cups water

Tips

may be topped with American or Velveeta cheese but this will add more calories.


Directions

Layer Cabbage in large baking dish, pour dry rice over cabbage, top with chopped onion, cooked ground beef, dilute tomato soup with 1 1/2 cups water & pour over casserole. Salt & Pepper to taste. Cover & Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
