My version of tuna salad. My version of tuna salad.
Number of Servings: 3


    1 12 oz. can solid white albacore tuna packed in water
    1/3 of a 7oz. pkg of lowfat Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c sunflower seeds
    curry powder
    mustard powder
    Ancho chile powder, all to taste


Mix tuna with yogurt first, then add pickle relish, sunflower seeds and seasoning to taste. Serve on lettuce or with crackers.

Serving Size: Makes 3 one half cup servings
